We are a video production company servicing various industries, with our core focus being the real estate industry. We have a national footprint producing videos all over South Africa.

About the job

This role will capture all the HD walkthrough footage for our real estate customers in Nelspruit and surrounding area.

Exceptional interaction skills with customers will be required, combined with the quality of work that must take customer experience to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

-Contacting customers to book HD Photos/Videos

-Conducting HD Photos/videos for our customers (taking high-quality photographs and videos of properties)

-Liaising with the Coordinator and Editing Team who book, compile, and list the HD Listings

-Liaising with customers, i.e., Estate Agents, Private Sellers, Banks

Key Requirements:

-Minimum of one year experience in REAL ESTATE photography/videography – without this experience, your application cannot be considered for the job.

-Valid SA Driver’s license and own vehicle

-Smartphone

-Laptop

-Camera equipment will be provided

-Internet Access (Minimum 20Mbps uploading speed)

-Computer Literacy: Word, Excel, Outlook

-Some experience in sales will be advantageous

-Passionate and competitive to drive HD volumes

-Highly driven, disciplined, and self-motivated individuals

-Excellent customer service skills

-Effective business communication skills

-Ability to work under extreme pressure
