We would like to offer our HD package customers a self-recorded voice-over option to be added to your existing walk-through videos at no charge during lockdown.

 

How it works

  • Choose a listed walk-through video from your portfolio.
  • Find a quiet space where there is no background noise.
  • Watch the video footage, mute the music.
  • Prepare a script to match the flow of the video and talk/guide your viewer through the different sections to add personality to the footage. (See guidelines below)
  • You do not have to talk during the full video – only major selling points needed. (See guidelines below)
  • Music will “fill the spaces” where you do not talk
  • Record the voice-over on your phone
  • Log into your CaptureIT portal and upload your voice over to the video of choice from your phone or computer: LOGIN

2. BODY: Describe The Inside Of The House – Focus On Detail That Will Sell

Note: Focus on the major selling points – weave in interesting details of neighbourhood or luxuries – don’t assume viewers can “see” things:
